Coca-Cola Campus: full-site landscape and stabilisation

GreenScapes Landscape Co. was selected by a general contractor to complete full-site commercial landscaping for the Coca-Cola campus in Columbus, Ohio. Our team was responsible for landscape installation and site stabilisation across multiple zones of this high-traffic corporate and industrial site. The landscape was designed by Kimley Horn.

Main office and warehouse

We installed a combination of trees, shrubs, and perennials along the building perimeter and surrounding parking lot islands. The new plantings were finished with mulch and fresh sod for a clean, professional appearance. We also surfaced the large generator island with gravel to support drainage and long-term durability.

Secondary buildings

To enhance the fencing line and unify the site, we installed planting beds and mulch along secondary building perimeters.

Rohr Road frontage

Our team installed new trees and seeded along the roadway to create a welcoming campus entry and improve overall site aesthetics.

Retention ponds

We provided erosion control services near retention areas, including the installation of erosion control matting and targeted seeding to protect the soil and support sustainable growth.

Common areas outside the fence

Open turf areas around the exterior of the site were stabilised with seeding to encourage healthy grass growth and minimise dust and erosion.
